The Uninnovation Junior initiative was launched as part of the 8th edition of the Académica Start UC network. The project aims to foster connections between UC doctoral students and the academic, business and social sectors by offering a range of activities aimed at enhancing students' personal, academic and professional development.

Uninnovation is an integral part of the Connect 2 Age project, which seeks to stimulate science communication across various scientific fields at the University of Coimbra. The challenge is to encourage researchers to communicate their projects and promote scientific literacy in society at large.

The first edition of Connect 2 Age will focus on senior citizens, focusing on the intergenerational exchange of knowledge. This connection will be facilitated by a partnership with the Senior University of Coimbra - Aposenior.

Applications open until the 23rd of February via an online form.
