The application of this knowledge and its transfer, in an accessible format, to today's society, is revealed in the preparation of the dinner menus (inspired by the texts of the time).
The scenic notes that complement them (in the areas of literature, poetry, music or theatre) are usually provided by the theatre companies Viv'Arte and Bonifrates.
