The 9th Student Forum on the Heritage, History and Cultures of Food will take place in Amphitheatre III (4th floor - entrance level) of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Coimbra.
The opening lecture will begin at 9.45am and will be given by Bárbara Herrero Muñoz-Cobo (Universidad de Almería). Our speakers will present their papers over 4 tables, followed by poster presentations at the end of the day.
The event will close at 6pm with a Port of Honour.
