Produced by the communication team of the OPERAS-PLUS project, integrated by UC, the third newsletter of 2023 of the OPERAS infrastructure is now available. Among the news and highlights of this issue are two conferences focused on the theme of collaboration and open science: the Connect.Collaborate.Criate conference by the COESO project, which will take place next October in Paris; and the OPERAS 2024 conference, which had its call extended and will receive proposals for presentations, workshops and posters until 14 October.

The edition also highlights the survey on Open Access books by the European project PALOMERA, which includes a UC team. The survey is open until 8 October and aims to understand the context of open access book policies across the European Research Area. Contribute with your answers to increase participation from Portugal.

To enrich your knowledge of open science in the Social Sciences and Humanities, the OPERAS infrastructure highlights a series of six links in this issue that include timely readings, a podcast and a video on a variety of topics of interest.
