General objective
Using practical tools, the aim is to develop skills for integrating the gender dimension into research in different scientific areas, promoting academic excellence and aligning the basic and applied research carried out at the UC with the policy and funding agendas for research.
Methodology
The workshop combines the presentation of content and collective involvement in the discussion with the use of active and collaborative methods, favouring the active participation of teachers/researchers in order to foster a reflective learning process that promotes the strengthening of skills for integrating gender issues (from an intersectional perspective) into academic practices. To this end, in addition to the presentation of conceptual contributions, emphasis will be placed on analysing practical cases of integrating the gender perspective into different scientific areas through participatory methodologies (case studies, working groups, brainstorming).
