The Gender Equal Research Conference will take place on 10 September 2021 at the Auditorium of the Rectory at the University of Coimbra (UC). The event aims (i) to disseminate the project's objectives and programmed actions to the community UC; (ii) raise awareness of the need to implement Gender Equality measures in research practice; and (iii) share good practices for implement Gender Equality measures at the UC and other institutions, namely from the project partners.
The GendER@UC EEA Grants project aims to promote gender equality in scientific research, both in process management and research career - by encouraging the balanced participation of researchers in teams, resource management, and decision-making - or by promoting a more inclusive, representative and socially relevant knowledge.
