The Equal STEAM Project offers, between June 21st and July 14th, the e-learning course “Gender Dimension in Teaching, Research and Supervision”, co-coordinated by Sara Dias-Trindade, integrated researcher from Group 5 and the Group 7 of CEIS20 (Educational Policies and Organizations and Educational Dynamics, and Digital Humanities, respectively).
This course, consisting of five modules, aims to promote transferable skills in the UC community and guide supervisors or mentors in promoting gender equality.
The content and resources presented are aligned with the UC Plan for Equality, Equity and Diversity.
The course takes place entirely remotely, asynchronously without tutoring, covering a total of 15 hours.
