1) Presentation of a paper:

Speakers and co-authors

  • Registration fee for PhD students: 60€
  • Registration fee for non-doctors: 20€
  • Co-authors not participating in the event: €10 (should they want a certificate)

*Speakers of shared communications are considered co-authors. An individual cannot be (co)author of more than one proposal.

2) Attendance:

  • Free attendance - does not grant a certificate of participation or access to the event's social moments.
  • Paid attendance - 10€, includes the right to a certificate of participation but does not grant access to the event's social moments.

3) Registration fees waived for:

  • members of the DIAITA Transnational Network and other organising institutions
  • PhD students in Food Heritage: Cultures and Identities (FLUC)
  • students on the master's programme in Food: Sources, Culture and Society (FLUC)
  • students on the Gastronomy degree programme (IPC/EHTC)

PAYMENT:

Payment must be issued via bank transfer and proof of payment must be submitted on the registration form.
