In the same scope, the ISCHP 2024 Organization Committee (University of Coimbra and SerQ) intends to collect photographs, images, sounds and videos, captured during the event, with the purpose of being used within the scope of any initiative or advertising action promoted by the ISCHP Conference Committee, with no payment or remuneration due for transfer or use of present and future rights to use the image. ISCHP 2024 Organization Committee (University of Coimbra and SerQ) are obliged to delete these records after 2 years, however, the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, portability and not being subject to automated decisions are limited by the fact that there are communications , interconnections and cross-border flows of personally identifiable data at the recipient, to the extent that disclosure may occur via internet platforms.
