FLOWer Lab visitors!
As part of the COST ConservePlants Action, this week we are joined by Dhimiter Peci, a researcher from the University of Tirana (Albania).
On this visit, Dhimiter is learning how to isolate and analyse plant cell nuclei to estimate genome size and ploidy level using flow cytometry, in particular from various Crocus species collected at different altitudes in Albania.
