Pedro is a technology entrepreneur who is the co-founder and CEO of Pulsely (www.pulsely.io) - a company that provides Diversity and Inclusion diagnostics and analytics. Prior to Pulsely Pedro was Director at Intersection Ventures, a technology company builder and venture capital. Pedro also co-founded and lead the business development efforts at Exago from 2006 till 2016. His career has centered on innovation for almost 20 years. He’s worked to help large companies build an internal capacity for innovation, to evolve, differentiate and grow successfully. Prior to co-founding Exago, he worked at Strategos with innovation thought leaders such as Gary Hamel and Peter Skarzynski.
He is also the co-founder of Tradiio - a Music Discovery platform - and co-founder of Faber Ventures, Portugal’s most recognised internet company builders. Pedro is and Industrial Engineer by Universidade Nova, lives in London and is the proud father of four.
