TRACE 2023
The international conference “TRACE 2023 – Tree rings in Archaeology, Climatology and Ecology” will bring together scientists and students that use tree rings as archives of environmental, historical, and climatological information. The conference seeks to build bridges, and facilitate knowledge exchange between the different scientific disciplines working with tree rings. The conference will take place in Coimbra, Portugal, from May 8-13, 2023, and is preceded by six pre-conference workshops.
TRACE 2023 is organized by the tree-ring lab MedDendro (Centre for Functional Ecology (CFE - Centro de Ecologia Funcional (uc.pt)), University of Coimbra (Universidade de Coimbra (uc.pt)), in cooperation with the Association for Tree-Ring Research (ATR) (http://www.tree-ring.org)
