Abstract submission

A Word file with the following structure must be submitted in the registration form

• Title
• Author(s) and institutional address(s)
• E-mail of the corresponding author
• Abstract maximum 250 words
• Keywords (maximum 6, none of which should be included in the title of your abstract)
• Indication if it is a proposal for podium or poster presentation
• Sign if it is running for student prize

Abstracts will be subject to peer review.

Abstract submission deadline: March 1, 2023

Notification to authors: April 1, 2023

• Podium presentation (15 minutes). Only electronic supports in PowerPoint or similar will be accepted.
• Posters should be printed (maximum size: 120 cm – length- x 90 cm -width) as they will be on exhibition during the 2 days of the meeting.
• A video up to 5 minutes with your poster presentation (could be 2-3 slides in PowerPoint support) must be sent to pslucoimbra2023@gmail.com by 12h00 am (GMT+1) on July 6.
• The author must be present at the PSL Meeting. If the work has multiple authors, at least one of them shall be registered and be present at the PSLMeet 2023.
• The ppt or pdf file with the presentation should be sent to the organisation until 6 July 2023.

There will be a prize for the best podium and poster presentation presented by a student (Undergraduation, Master, PhD).

• Multi-authored papers are acceptable, but the first author that leads the research and presents must be a student.
• The work must not be previously presented in a meeting and/or have been published before the PSL Meeting.
• During abstract submission, the author must indicate that the work is running for the student award.
• The winners will be announced at the closing session and will receive a certificate.
• Authors must agree that their names, and the titles of their papers, be published on the social networks of the PSL Meeting.
