Explore the world of particle physics at the next 'Science Beer Talk'

Alberto Blanco, a researcher from the Laboratory of Instrumentation and Experimental Particle Physics in Coimbra, will be the guest speaker at the next Pontos nos III – Science Beer Talks on 19 November, 6 pm, at UC Exploratório, with the theme 'Particle hunters: a technological adventure'.

Launched in 2016 in partnership with the Interdisciplinary Research Institute of the University of Coimbra (IIIUC) and Cervejaria Praxis, Pontos nos III – Science Beer Talks brings UC research closer to the public through informal monthly discussions with researchers, paired with craft beer tastings.

The sessions take place on the third Wednesday of every month from 6 pm to 7 pm. Attendance is free, and no prior registration is required.
