BEB Day 2024 to focus on research of the future
The 18th edition of the PDBEB Symposium will be held on 15 and 16 May 2024 at the 'Pavilhão Centro de Portugal', in Coimbra.
"(Not) Knowing what comes next: Tools for the Research of Tomorrow" is the theme of the 18th edition of the PDBEB Symposium.
Organised by the Doctoral Programme in Experimental Biology and Biomedicine (PDBEB) students, the event will be divided into two days: The first day will focus on technological tools, while the second will look at their impact on society.
The symposium will feature several multidisciplinary panels with national and international speakers, a round table, networking opportunities, cultural activities and an awards ceremony, among other activities.
Participation in the event is free but requires mandatory registration by 28 April 2024 via an online form. Registration includes access to lectures, the poster section, lunches and coffee breaks.
