Schedule
Attendance services:
- Academic Management Services (SGA): In-person service by appointment, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. On the last Friday of each month, the SGA service is from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other ways of service here.
- UC Treasury: In-person service by appointment, recommended, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- International Relations Unit (IRU.DRI): By appointment, recommended, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other ways of service here.
- Social Action Services (SASUC) SASUC Treasury and Accommodation – International Regime: by appointment, recommended, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other ways of service here.
- Municipalized Services of Urban Transport of Coimbra (SMTUC) - Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., no prior appointment necessary.
- Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA): by appointment, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Student Hub Spaces: Must be booked, available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the possibility to book beyond these hours. If you need to book a space beyond 8:00 p.m. at weekends or public holidays, the reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- Employability: By appointment, recommended, through the UC job website or via emails nupe@uc.pt | estagios@uc.pt.

- Open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
Schedule Changes
- The AIMA service centre is unable to process extension requests until further notice. Please also note that it will be closed on 27 January and 4 February.
Priority Service
Priority service (DL no. 58/2016, of August 29):
- People with prior appointment;
- People with a percentage of disability equal to or greater than 60% proven by a medical certificate of multipurpose disability;
- Pregnant women;
- Persons accompanying a child up to the age of 2;
- People over 65 years of age, as long as they have a clear alteration or limitation in their physical or mental functions.
