In the Strategic Area “Health”, the aim is to aggregate and enhance basic and translational research that crosses several areas of knowledge with the capacity to generate new knowledge of excellence to face challenges and factors related to health, contributing to the understanding of diseases and health, improving the average healthy life expectancy, and designing sustainable approaches to digital transformation and the provision of integrated and accessible health and care services for all populations.
