DESCRIPTION: The course will be developed through a face-to-face and immersive approach, in a relaxed and engaging training environment that promotes the development of participants' skills in this area.

It is intended to discuss 'Best Practices' that make the orientation process more smooth and satisfying, minimizing the effort and stresses associated with this function. This training is also an opportunity to share constraints and problems that are daily experienced in the field of doctoral supervision.

The training is developed in a first part through the analysis of trends, data and "Best Practices" in this area, with individual and group exercises. In a second part, the training will consist in the analysis and discussion of real cases, in groups, in which measures and ways to mitigate the negative effects and/or solve daily problems will be presented.

Materials in various formats will also be presented for exploration prior to the training, and materials for all program topics will be made available for further exploration and support in the future.
