Imaging aquisition by confocal microscopy
Confocal microscopy on live or fixed biological samples, from different origins. Specialized technical training.
Confocal point-scanning microscope able to generate high-resolution three-dimensional images of thick specimens with high sensitivity and low photodamage. It is based on an upright microscope body, with motorized XY stage, and has live imaging facilities (temperature control and perfusion system). Applications include for example time-lapse imaging, photobleaching experiments, colocalization studies, spectral detection and 3D imaging.
