The planning and management of research data will be discussed next Thursday, 24, during an online workshop (via Zoom) promoted by BioData and sponsored by Research Data Alliance Portugal. The course is aimed at UC stakeholders, whether they are researchers, laboratory managers, Masters and PhD students and other UC science professionals.

The workshop does not require prior knowledge or experience in Data Management Plans (DMPs) and registration is free. The course will have two introductory presentations on Research Data Management and Data Management Plans, followed by a practical exercise where participants will form groups to complete a simulated project. The DMPs will then be reviewed and discussed.
