On the 20th of May, the 14th edition of iiiUC Training - Research Support Tools will take place, focusing this time on the Creative Commons Licenses. The session will be held by Diogo Morais Oliveira, co-coordinator of Creative Commons Portugal and responsible for the CC Local Point Project.

The session aims to help researchers to understand Copyright and the management of intellectual property rights in a practical way. The training session will address open source software and Creative Commons licenses, particularly on how to use Creative Commons licensed material.

Open content licenses are an answer to questions of how to share and promote a work legally, and how to legally use online free content.
