iiiUC Training on Research Data Management takes place on March 15

The event is online, in Portuguese and open to the entire UC community.

On March 15, another session of the iiiUC trainings will take place, focusing on the topic of Research Data Management. The session will be led by Bruno Direito and Ana Pina Rodrigues, from the Coimbra Institute for Biomedical Imaging and Translational Research (CIBIT).

Given the importance of good practices in research data management at a time when its production is growing exponentially, the session aims to:

- Discuss the lifecycle of research data, open science policies and compliance with FAIR data principles as more effective and efficient data management;

- Present the most important topics of a "data management plan";

- Highlight why data management platforms represent an important tool to help researchers address the challenges of the research data lifecycle.
