Cycle of Interdisciplinary Debates discusses science communication on April 27

On April 27, the Rómulo - UC's Center of Living Science receives the second edition of the Cycle of Interdisciplinary Debates, with the theme "Science Communication - how, when and where?". The event will take place in person and has free, but mandatory, registrations.

The event invites Helena Freitas - who is also the debate's moderator, Carlos Robalo Cordeiro, João Correia de Freitas and Teresa Firmino to discuss four different aspects related to science communication: "Ways of dialogue between scientists and the public", "Communicating science to large audiences in emergency contexts", "Challenges and opportunities of science communication in digital environments", and "The role and complexity of science journalism".

The Interdisciplinary Debates Cycle, launched at the beginning of 2022, celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research. Registration can be made at this link.
