Publications

Publishing in open access means making available on the Internet, free of charge and at no cost to the user, scientific and academic literature, in its various types - articles, communications at conferences, book chapters, theses, dissertations, reports, etc.

Open access allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search and reference the full text of the documents, as long as the correct attribution of authorship is guaranteed.

There are, fundamentally, two ways for open access: the green way and the golden way.

Green way - the author deposits in a institutional repository the final, evaluated and revised version of his work, or the version published by the publisher - with or without an embargo period.

Golden way - the work is published in open access - in many cases, the author bears the costs of publishing in open access.
