Data/Observations
The Geophysical and Astronomical Observatory provides astronomical and geophysical data to the scientific and civil communities. It currently offers astronomical ephemeris, seismology, magnetism, climate variables, solar images and an archive of star spectra.
Data Centre
The Geophysical and Astronomical Observatory of the University of Coimbra continuously acquires the following data: meteorological observations (since 1864), geomagnetic data (since 1866), seismic data (since 1903) and solar observations (since 1926). Recently, the acquisition of light pollution data has also begun.
The Data Centre is under reformulation, being not possible to currently make available most of its data. We intend to be brief and apologize for the inconvenience.
