“UC à Frente” Awards Ceremony to be held this Friday

The University of Coimbra will hold the "UC à Frente" award ceremony on Friday 26th at 11:00am at the Gil Vicente Academic Theatre (TAGV). The awards are granted to Portuguese students who enrol in a Bachelor's or Integrated Master's degree at the UC with a minimum GPA of 18 out of 20. The event will honour the winners of the last two editions (2019 and 2020), with speeches by the UC Rector, Amílcar Falcão, and the UC Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Student Attractiveness, Cristina Albuquerque. Representatives of the high schools attended by the awardees will also be present.

The prize money is equal to the registration fee and the maximum national tuition fee set by the General Council for the first cycle of studies (currently 697 euros).
