Registration and Abstract Submission
Attendance of the 2nd MIA-Portugal Ageing Spring School requires mandatory registration and abstract submission. The registration to the Spring School is free of charge and includes:
- Access to all Spring School Talks
- Access to the poster session
- Lunches
- Coffee breaks
- Dinner on the 1st day (27th of May)
Registration does not include:
- Gala Dinner on May 28th. To guarantee your presence at this event, a 30€ attendance fee is required. During registration, you have the option to choose whether to participate or not.
- Travel and accomodation of the participants
To ensure a retreat-like ambience to the School and promote fruitful networking, we limit the number of selected submissions to 60. Selection will be based on the quality of the scientific work submitted. The abstract must include:
- Title
- List of authors (with the presenting author underlined)
- Abstract text (maximum 1500 characteres)
Approximately 20 spots are available for short talks (selected from the submitted abstracts)
