3rd edition of European Researchers' Night in Rural Areas – Armamar

On 26 September 2025, from 2 p.m. to 10:45 p.m., the Armamar Municipal Sports Pavilion will host a major event bringing together science and the community.

Under the theme ‘Science for Global Challenges’ (SciGlo) and with the local motto +Science +Future in Armamar, this edition will bring together more than 50 researchers from 15 different scientific fields, who will run 23 interactive science stations, open to all ages. Workshops, demonstrations, talks and experiments will bring science and researchers closer to the community, showing their role in building a more sustainable and inclusive future.

ARMA-Sci - Armamar Scientific Capital Promotion Network, in partnership with Armamar Municipal Council and the Gomes Teixeira School Group, is coordinating this initiative locally. Armamar is joining this European celebration of science for the third year, reinforcing its commitment to bringing knowledge closer to rural communities and establishing itself as a territory of development, innovation and future in the European science space.
