The INCLUDE European Project (Horizon-Europe, WIDERA Programme), captured and implemented at the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research of the University of Coimbra (iiiUC), promoted Co-creation Sessions during June and July with the objective of developing/improving the UC Plan for Equality, Equity and Diversity (PIED-UC), and other Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to support the continuous promotion and adoption of good practices in our Institution. These working sessions were attended by top decision-makers, researchers at different stages of their careers, professors and managers of organisational units and services at our institution, as well as representatives of the technical staff.
In this way, the INCLUDE Project fulfils one of its missions by promoting initiatives that enable the development of new proposals and the identification of opportunities for improvement in these areas, which directly influence the work routines of all professional categories within the UC Community.
