On May 29 at Liquidâmbar at 10pm, three PhD students will present their projects.

  • Matilde Palmeira, a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at the Physics Center of the University of Coimbra (CFisUC), will talk about “How can mathematics help treat cancer?”

  • Bernardo Costa, a PhD student in Discourses: Culture, History and Society at the Center for Social Studies (CES), will talk about “Between the bench and the street: fan activism in Rio de Janeiro”.

  • Rita Gomes, a PhD student in Materialities of Literature at the CLP | Center for Portuguese Literature will talk about “Para animar o tempo o tempo na ficção narrativa de Ruben A.”.
