Route: This visit will take place from Santa Cruz Park ("Jardim da Sereia") to Terreiro da Erva via the Old Cathedral.

Knowledges to be covered: transformations of the city, from the Medieval Era to the present day, and the links between urban green spaces and the health and well-being of those who live and/or work in the city.

Target audience: kindergarten teachers and primary and secondary teachers of all groups, working or in initial training, and families.
