The Challenges of Women and Girls in Science

At the University of Coimbra (UC), there is a commitment to gender equality in the production of scientific knowledge. It is an objective of the UC to obtain "diversity in scientific research teams, inclusive recruitment processes, training and communication, and gender-sensitive knowledge production" in order to ensure "higher quality research with greater impact" (in https://www.uc.pt/en/research/gender-uc/).
