Interdisciplinary Training Workshop 2022 | INTEGRATION OF THE PERSPECTIVE IN RESEARCH

General Objective

The aim is, through practical tools, to develop skills for the integration of the gender dimension in research in different scientific areas, promoting academic excellence and aligning basic and applied research conducted at the UC with the policy and funding agendas for research.

Methodologies

The workshop combines the presentation of contents and the collective involvement in the discussion with the use of active and collaborative methods, favouring the active participation of the teachers/researchers, in order to potentiate a reflective learning process that promotes the reinforcement of competences for the integration of gender issues (from an intersectional perspective), in academic practices. To this end, in addition to the presentation of conceptual contributions, emphasis will be given to the analysis of practical cases of gender mainstreaming in different scientific areas through participatory methodologies (case studies, working groups, brainstorming).
