Historical and legal evolution of local authorities

The aims of this module are to provide solid training on the genesis, evolution and affirmation of Local Power and Municipalism; to instil basic technical training, awareness-raising and capacity-building among the participants; and to acquire a better understanding of the Portuguese municipal administrative ecosystem.   • Societal challenges of contemporary municipality.
