Stakeholders Panel

The Stakeholders Panel will consist of 9 guest speakers from different academic and non-academic, public and private entities, with the aim of showing iiiUC PhD students about alternative careers to conventional ones and, therefore, other professional realities, possibly allowing them to establish initial contacts with potential employers.

In this session, PhD students will be able to ask questions to the Stakeholder Panel, with space for debate and discussion on different topics.

Some examples of entities to be included in this panel: NATO; Portuguese Army; F6S Network Ireland; ACI-ICAO (Airports Council International-International Civil Aviation Organisation); FAST – Forum for Agroecological Studies and Transitions; Alignerr (USA); Local Entities (i.e.: Vale de Cambra and Fafe Municipalities)

Students@Bodies

The "Students@Bodies" session aims to introduce the different iiiUC doctoral students who are members of the Pedagogical Council, Senate, Ethics Committee and Self-Assessment Committees of the different 3rd cycle courses at iiiUC. This session will be composed of 5 iiiUC students who will explain their roles in the committees/councils they are part of; how they became part of these committees/councils and the main actions carried out within the scope of their roles in these groups.

The main objetive of the "Students@Bodies" session is to inform iiiUC students about the iiiUC committees/councils, which students represent them, and their main functions.

My Poster in 5 minutes

In this session, the three posters that received the most votes from participants during the event will be presented in five minutes. The aim of this session is to allow the presentation of the various projects developed by iiiUC students, the exchange of experiences, as well as the collection of suggestions and feedback from the various participants. It allows for the training of a cohesive speech focused on the students' work, as well as public communication.
