Coordinator of the Oral Biomaterials research line at the Center for Research and Innovation in Dental Sciences (CIROS) at FMUC.

Certified Member of the European Society of Endodontology, International Member of the American Association of Endodontists, Active Member of the International Association for Dental Research and the International Association of Dental Traumatology.

Author of several peer-reviewed scientific articles and proceedings in indexed journals (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2865-9689). Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Journal of Endodontics, the Editorial Board of the Journal of Functional Biomaterials and the Reviewer Board of Polymers magazine. He supervised and supervises several Doctoral and Integrated Master's theses, with a scientific focus on pulp regeneration, biomaterials, photodynamic therapy, prognosis of endodontic treatment and translational research in Endodontics.
