The first of the 5 dimensions included in the “FEUC: 50 years” program concerns the holding of a cycle of conversations (talks) on topics that have a lot to do with FEUC and its teachers, raising contributions and perspectives from various disciplinary areas.
Conversations
Cycle of live conversations dedicated to the themes that build tomorrow's society today. These are sessions open to the public with the presence of two FEUC professors specialized in the subject, a guest speaker and moderation by a journalist from Gerador. Inequalities and Social Inclusion
Inequality takes on a multitude of forms, being transversal to all societies. What processes contribute to the production of social inequalities and what role do social inclusion policies play? A conversation that includes the intervention of Rosa Monteiro, former Secretary of State for Citizenship and Equality and current professor at FEUC, Carlos Farinha Rodrigues, professor at the Higher Institute of Economics and Management (ISEG), and Filipe Almeida, professor at FEUC and current President of the Portugal Social Innovation Mission Structure.
