On the 3rd of May, at 14.00, a seminar will take place at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC), with the theme “Deloitte strategy to attract, recruit and retain the best talent”, which will be promoted by Carolina Domingues dos Santos and Ana Grilo, Senior Technician and Experienced Technician, respectively, from the People Attraction & Recruitment area at Deloitte.
Managing talent in organizations involves the ability to identify, use, retain and develop people, ensuring that they are motivated, satisfied and committed to the objectives and organizational culture. In this seminar we will learn about the challenges and strategies that Deloitte has been adapting with a view to attracting and developing its people.
