A Seminar entitled "Digitalidade no Divã: Necessidades vs. Possibilidades de Regulação" will be presented by Sandro Mendonça and it will be held on the 30th of November at 11:00 am, at Keynes Room.
Sandro Mendonça is Professor of the Dept. of Economics at ISCTE. ANACOM administrator. Member of the Advisory Board of the "Cybersecurity Observatory" of the National Cybersecurity Center of Portugal (CNCS) and member of the Superior Council of the Center for Higher Studies of the National Telecommunications Agency of Brazil (Anatel).
