On December 7th, at 10:00 am, Ambassador Kishan Rana, holder of vast diplomatic experience as Ambassador of India to China, Kenya or Germany, and currently Honorary Member of the Institute of Chinese Studies in New Delhi and Emeritus Professor of DiploFoundation, University of Malta, will give a presentation on his new book, Churchill and India: Manipulation or Betrayal?, published in Routledge, which focuses on Winston Churchill's complex relationship with India, in the context of the final phase of the British Empire.
