On October 29, 2025, at 2:15 p.m., in the Keynes Room of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC), another session of the Business Cases@FEUC series will be held. This initiative provides a space for students and professionals in management, economics, and other fields to share business experiences and relevant case studies. The guest for this session will be Clara Luxo, a former high-performance athlete with extensive team leadership experience. She will share her professional experiences through practical examples, highlighting discipline, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure. These are three fundamental skills in sports that are essential in professional contexts.

Clara Luxo Correia is an innovation project manager at the Pedro Nunes Institute and a trainer in Leadership, Creativity, and Innovation. She has extensive professional experience in retail, having worked for multinational companies, including Decathlon, H&M, and Media Markt. She holds a degree in economics (FEUC), a master's degree in marketing (ISCTE), a postgraduate degree in digital marketing and analytics (Nova IMS), and is currently pursuing a PhD in information management – ​​data-driven marketing (Nova IMS). She is passionate about sports, having been a high-level basketball player, and has a strong focus on transferring skills from sports to management.

The event is organized by the Employability and Business Office and is part of the FEUC Skills Curricular Unit (CU) Program (0.25 ECTS).
