Private International Law under debate

The "Transatlantic dialogues on Private International Law: family and personal status on the move" was held in a hybrid format in the Sala do Varandim Palácio dos Melos on 12 and 13 October 2023 and allowed for the debate of innovative topics in the field of private international law, such as socio-affective filiation and polyamorous families. The event included a call for papers aimed at young researchers.
