New UCILeR publications: Health and Artificial Intelligence

The UCILeR 's collection Societal Challenges and Legal Research is publishing two new volumes focused on health and artificial intelligence.

This collection brings together, briefly, the results of The UCILeR’s research, and it is aimed at the general public, to promote debate on important issues for society.

Volume 3 analyzes complex phenomena related to public health from a legal perspective, addressing topics such as surrogate pregnancy, public health, nanobiotechnology, and mental health, among others.

Volume 4 is dedicated to artificial intelligence, an emerging topic, in constant progress, that requires reflection on ethical issues. This volume addresses, among other aspects, criminal liability, the use of artificial intelligence, and copyright.
