Mission: UCILeR researcher participates in international conference with a paper on family criminal law

Our researcher Ana Rita Alfaiate participated in the 18th (Golden Jubilee) World Conference of the International Society of Family Law, in Antwerp (Belgium), from 12 to 15 July 2023. Ana Rita Alfaiate presented a paper on the status of children and the elderly, as vulnerable subjects, in the context of family conflicts in the light of the current framework of the Portuguese legal system, entitled "Domestic violence in Portugal - unprotected family members".
