Mission out: Researcher participates in the EARMA Annual Conference

From April 23 to 25, Fernando Borges took part in the annual conference of EARMA (European Association of Research Managers and Administrators), which was held in Odense. The UCILeR researcher gave two presentations, namely: ‘Supporting The Development Of Young Researchers’ using the example of UCILeR’s work in the Researchers' Camp and in supporting applications and ‘Project Submission Is A Losing Game?’ on the evaluation metrics of projects that were not funded. The last paper was presented in collaboration with researcher Rita Farinha from UC's CEMMPRE.

The annual EARMA conference is the largest science management event in Europe with more than 1,400 registered participants over the three days. In addition to UCILeR, UC was also represented by iiiUC and Strategic Areas (SGPI).
