This webinar is the first event in a series of others to be held in 2022, under the slogan "Law in change (2022)" that will be organized by the UCILeR.
Organized by Doctor Alexandre Soveral Martins, this event will go through the main novelties that result from the Law 9/2022, in transposition of Directive 2019/1023, listening to some contributions from lawyers and judges in order to prepare for the International Congress on June 3.
