Conclusions of the XXX FIDE Congress presented in a webinar

The webinar Mutual Trust, Mutual Recognition and the Rule of Law was held on 14 November 2022, between 17:30 and 19:00. This webinar focused on the Conclusions of the XXX FIDE Congress (1st session) and was organised by the Portuguese Association of European Law ("APDE"), with the support of the UCILeR.
The XXX Congress Federátion Internationale de Droit Européen, of which APDE is a member, was held between 31 May and 3 June 2023 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Topic 1 was Mutual Trust, Mutual Recognition and the Rule of Law, and Miguel Poiares Maduro prepared the respective General Report. Dulce Lopes and Rita Aroso Duarte prepared the national report, representing APDE.
