Professors Pedro Caeiro and Susana Aires de Sousa participated in the second meeting of the “Challenges of Digitalization for Criminal Laws Protecting State and Democracy” Project, developed by the European Criminal Policy Initiative (ECPI). The scientific discussion took place at the Institut für Strafrecht und Kriminologie at the University of Vienna, on April 19th to 21st.
