The V Labour Law Iberian Meeting: The relentless reconstruction of the future will be held on December 15 and 16, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. In the Meeting, held since 2016 in the framework of a scientific partnership with the Spanish Society for Labor Law and Social Security, the most relevant Labour Law-related issues have been discussed from the Portuguese and Spanish perspective, by renowned Professors from both countries.
The first day will be dedicated to revisit special employment contracts and examine new figures, such as the sandwich training contract, the training contract for obtaining professional practice, and remote working. On the second day of the event, Labourtech-related issues such as crowdemployment and the metaverse will be examined. The last table, dedicated to EU Social Law, will focus on the transposition of the Whistleblowing and Transparency directives in Spain and Portugal.
