This call for tender aims to establish the conditions for the attribution of 10 PhD scholarships within the scope of the PRO-SCIENTIA program, Axis “Qualify”, Action 3.1 “Support advanced training”, provided for in article 22 of Regulatory Decree nº 17/2012 /A, 4th of July, in the specific intervention area “Concession of scientific research grants and support for science and technology management”.
